Accessibility Statement.
A target is not a claim of conformance. Here is the difference, and what to do if something blocks you.
Our target
MyFreeIRA targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the public site and both portals.
What is verified
- Uncontained horizontal overflow: none at any width from 320px to 2560px
- Interactive targets meet the 24 by 24 CSS pixel minimum
- Text contrast meets 4.5:1, and large text 3:1
- A visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Reduced-motion preference respected
- No duplicate element identifiers
What is not yet verified
Automated testing covers roughly a third of WCAG 2.2 AA. The following need human review and are not claimed: 1.3.2 meaningful sequence, 2.4.6 headings and labels, 3.3.7 redundant entry, and 1.4.12 text spacing. Screen-reader testing with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver is planned and not yet complete.
Reporting a barrier
Write to accessibility@myfreeira.com describing what you were trying to do and what stopped you. We will acknowledge within two business days and tell you what we can do and when.
Getting the same outcome another way
If any part of the site or portal blocks you, we will complete the task with you directly rather than asking you to work around it.
